1. DATA CONTROLLER

2. DATA WE COLLECT
- Contact and order data: name, email, phone, billing and shipping address, order history.
- Payment confirmation data. Card details are processed by our payment providers and never stored by us.
- Account data, if you create an account.
- Messages you send us by email, WhatsApp or social media.
- Usage data collected through cookies, according to your cookie choices.

3. WHY WE USE IT AND ON WHAT LEGAL BASIS
- To process and deliver your orders, handle returns and customer support: performance of the contract.
- To issue invoices and keep accounting records: legal obligation.
- To prevent fraud and defend payment disputes: legitimate interest.
- To send newsletters and promotions: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time through the unsubscribe link.
- Analytics and marketing cookies: your consent through the cookie banner.

4. WHO WE SHARE IT WITH
Only with service providers needed to run the store: Shopify (store platform), payment providers, DHL and other carriers, our invoicing software, and email and messaging tools. Some of these providers process data outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. In that case transfers rely on adequacy decisions or the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your personal data.

5. HOW LONG WE KEEP IT
Order and invoicing data: 10 years, as required by Portuguese tax law. Marketing data: until you withdraw consent. Support messages: up to 3 years after the last contact.

6. YOUR RIGHTS
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your data, the right to data portability, and the right to withdraw consent. Send your request to support@kizoku.pt. We reply within one month.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Portuguese data protection authority, Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD), www.cnpd.pt.
