First, thank you. The love and support you have shown us over the past months has meant everything. It has been far more challenging than expected, made harder by the recent distribution situation across the hobby, which hit us longer and deeper than the OP17 situation alone.
We owe you some communication and transparency so here is exactly where we stand and where we are going.

WE ARE OPENING OUR FIRST PHYSICAL STORE ON 14 SEPTEMBER (TOURNAMENTS STARTING SOON)
This changes everything. We now understand why the strongest stores are built physical first, when stock gets chaotic, physical stores get priority. So we are building ours, and we are building it for you.

Note: This was supposed to happen last Monday, 7 of September but due to a very painful loss, and to respect the grieving time we, postponed to 14 September.

WHAT IS CHANGING:
- A new home. We are moving to a new, cleaner domain that feels more normal and more closer to us.
- A new WhatsApp number (messages only) plus a broadcast channel, so you get every update instantly, no more long emails.
- A new support email for anything that needs more detail and care.
- Pending order and updates, OP17 especially, land in your inbox this week and the next as we finalise the store opening.

HOW WE WANT TO TALK TO YOU:
We do not want communication to feel distant or cold by any means. Behind every order there is a person, and we want to actually know the people we serve, what you collect, what you play, what you are chasing. This is a hobby built on real relationships, and we intend to keep it that way. If you have any pending email, you shall receive a response during the next few days.

CURRENT ORDERS SHIPPING, HEADS-UP:
Most carriers are currently experiencing heavier delays than usual, beyond the normal seasonal slowdowns. We expect this to affect deliveries through early September. We are on top of it and will keep you posted every step of the way.

ON PRE-ORDERS:
From this update on, special sets leave public pre-order. To us, every set is equal. As collectors and players ourselves, we chase every card we do not have or need to play the game, and that is why our prices also have stayed among the lowest on the market for almost two years. Special sets will now be reserved for our loyal customers at the fairest price in the market, the ones who stayed patient, supportive and real with us when it mattered most. No bots, no flippers, no noise. If you have been with us, you already know who you are, and you will be looked after first.

The messages, the request for cases, the constant demand: it has been overwhelming, and it has not been healthy for any TCG store. To every store and player/collector (those who truly enjoy the hobby and are not here for profit) out there carrying the same weight right now: stay strong.

We have been quiet. That ends now. Expect us with an updated Website and on Instagram starting on September 14, sharing the store, our players, our collectors and their wins.

To celebrate this new chapter, we will host a giveaway for everyone with us, locally and online, because we will always keep close the ones who started with us along the way.
